A: Testosterone is a prescription medication. ProSportscreme, is an all natural, non-prescription nutritional product. When using

Q: Why is it important to avoid high levels of estrogen?
A: Considered present in women only, most men are surprised to learn that estrogen is present in their body as it is naturally produced in very small amounts by conversion of testosterone. Estrogen is important in men for healthy libido and brain function. But when levels of estrogen are too high, it can lead to suppression of testosterone levels, increases in body fat, enlarged prostate and heart disease. Diol, our orally dissolved formula. Cyclo Andro-4 Diol uses cyclodextrin technology to solubilize the prohormones and therefore allow for direct and rapid absorption into the blood stream from the mouth. But unlike
ProSportscreme, it's effect lasts only 3 to 4 hours. The recommend dosing of Cyclo Andro-4 DIN is one tablet sublingually three times daily, upon arising, before workouts or midday and at bedtime. Anyone using
"andro' products should perform hormonal assessments on a regular basis. Any man over 50 years old should also have a Prostate Specific Antigen
(PSA) and prostate exam performed to rule out the presence of microscopic cancer.
DOSING OF ProSportscreme
Once daily, lightly apply and gently spread 1 ml topically to the inner thighs.
To ensure continued effectiveness of ProSportscreme and to avoid the possibility of the body developing a dependence on it's use, the following dosing schedule is recommended.
After the first month of daily use, use five days weekly and three weeks monthly. It is also highly recommended that when
ProSportscreme is used long- term that no more than 1 ml is used daily.
To ensure continued effective absorption of ProSportscreme, it is advisable to rotate the daily site of application. Other suitable sites besides the inner thighs are the calves, behind the knees, inner arms, wrist, lower middle back and shoulder blades. The testicular skin also provides an excellent site for application. But because the skin is so very thin,
ProSportscreme will be very rapidly absorbed and not provide for a 24 hour steady state dose. For enhanced absorption of
ProSportscreme apply 1/2 ml to the body and 1/2 ml to the testicular skin in the morning. For the most effective absorption of
ProSportscreme, apply 1/2 ml in the morning and 1/2 ml at bedtime only to the testicular skin.
For short-lasting rapid increases in testosterone, use two tablets of Androstat
150 Poppers 1 hour prior to exercise, performances or for maximizing libido or sexual function.
ENHANCING THE EFFECTS OF ProSportscreme
Take a high quality multivitamin mineral supplement: Vitamin A, E, C, B6 and zinc are necessary for the body to convert the precursors to testosterone.
Eat a diet higher in protein and vegetables: Consume moderate amounts of lean red meat and avoid high starch or sugary foods. Also increase the amount of green leafy and cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, kale, swiss chard,
brussel sprouts and cabbage. These vegetables contain phytochemicals essential for healthy metabolism of estrogen.
Lose body fat and increase lean mass- Excess body fat enhances the conversion of testosterone to estrogen which then inhibits testosterone production.
Reduce alcohol consumption and any unnecessary medications - These will increase estrogen and decrease testosterone levels.
Do not over-train: Workouts should be no longer than 45-60 minutes at a time. Therefore, it is optimal that strength and aerobic training to be performed on separate days or at least separate times during the day.
